Mr. Sacheet Thomas Dabre (Director)
Would like to introduce myself as the Director of CSM having offices at add-India. I have served as an Beverage Manager in the hospitality industry for 18 years since completing a diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. i spent two and a half years working for Carnival Cruise Line and then joined Disney Cruise Line (Disney Magic) where I spent eight years. I spent a year each with MSC Cruises and Holland America Line where I worked closely with senior management. During these stints I also worked as Beverage Manager where he was responsible for the running of this key department. Later I spent four years working for a leading Indian cruise line recruitment agency as a HR Manager before setting up To date he has recruited and placed candidates in a wide range of roles in the world's leading cruise companies.

Mr. Rakesh kumar Thakur (Director)
Would like to introduce myself as a Director of CSM Private Limited. I have been actively involved in the maritime industry for over fifteen years. I have considerable experience of manning in the merchant navy and on cruise liners. Rakesh completed MBA in HR and has also graduated in English. He has worked in HR in the cruise line industry for the last twenty four years and is now Director operations regarding crewing management.

Mr. Suresh Alagarsamy (Director)
Has extensive experience of the hospitality industry having worked in the sector for over 15 years. After completing his degree in hotel management he worked for a leading five star hotel in India. He later joined Apollo Ship Chandlers in a senior position in the production department and was based in Miami, USA. He then took up his next assignment as a senior galley manager with a leading Italian cruise line. Suresh's excellent culinary skills, ability and professionalism have brought him recognition and respect throughout the cruise industry. He also has considerable experience of the recruitment business. Suresh is currently a Senior Recruitment Director for production and culinary departments with CSM Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Shahzad M. Mallick (Managing Director & Founder)
He has 8 yrs. of sailing experience with him in a variety of ships of both Indian and Foreign compay. He has also experience of working as a director in shipping company from last 20 yrs. He was also Director Of MTI approved by Director General of Shipping Under Ministry Of Shipping ,Government Of India.

Digvijay P. Singh (Director)
Has 10 year of Sailing Experience and 12 year in Handling LNG FSRU,Sea cum Land Power Plant management ,Chartering of Main fleet like Mega Yachts ,Chemical ,Bulk Carrier and all Types of Offshore vessels like PSV, DPIII, DPII, AHT etc. Designing and Building Solar cum Electric Vessels for government Of India. He has handled full ship management and Yacht management.

Naushad Mallick (Captain)
Started his Career in July 2000 and sail as Master with Sunteck Ship Management ,Navigate, Shipping, GESCO ship management with various types of Vessels till date. Has enhanced his experience in Managerial, technical and operational skills, safety, Safety inspection, Compliance, quality systems implementation and Training. An Accredited ISM /ISPS /ISO 9001 / ISO auditor, Profound practical experience onboard safety, shipboard audits, risk Management.

Mr. Homyar Dadi Challa (Chief Engineer)
A Marine Engineer by profession with more than 20 years of Sea experience in Shipping Industry. With 44 months as Chief Engineer Very Highly proficient in Management of own and third party vessels. Highly Efficient in ship repair activities, dry docking and Liaoning with Government and civil agencies for Proper refit, Repair of engine equipment’s. An effective communicator with excellent skills in building Professional relationships along with high analytical, Problem solving and organizational abilities. Ensures timely completion of the projects. With 5 years of experience has a Technical Manager (India Operation) for Jobson Asia Pte Ltd. Singapore.

Mr.Nitin Sawant (General Manager)
Fleet Personnel Having started career in 1995 as an Executive with Wallem Ship management, Mumbai, and thereafter worked way up with other shipping Companies brings along with vast experience of over 21 years in the crew manning with reputed shipping companies. As a part of varied job profile, We hire and train managers and supervisors. From the initial contact to embarkation of a crew member, we manage all aspects of recruitment for our clients.
